A Joyful November Celebration
On the 1st of November 2025, Maria & Dylan celebrated a day overflowing with joy, love, and laughter. Surrounded by family and friends, their wedding combined heartfelt traditions with a relaxed, festive atmosphere — perfectly captured through my lens as K Photography.
Morning Preparations — At Home
The day began quietly at the groom’s residence, where Dylan prepared with his groomsmen. Laughter filled the air, shoes shined, ties straightened, and nerves eased with friendly jokes.
At the bride’s residence, Maria’s morning was a mix of elegance and emotion. Surrounded by her bridesmaids and family, she stepped into her gown with radiant calm. Every detail — from her bouquet to the final touch of lipstick — was documented to tell the story of anticipation and love.
The Ceremony — Santa Marija, Knisja l-Qadima, Birkirkara
Their ceremony took place at the historic Santa Marija Church, known to locals as Knisja l-Qadima in Birkirkara. The setting was intimate and filled with emotion — a perfect place for two people ready to begin a lifetime together.
The moment Maria walked down the aisle, Dylan’s eyes said everything. The vows were personal, the atmosphere peaceful, and the music carried the emotion through every corner of the church.
Couple Portraits — The Stazzjon, Birkirkara
After the ceremony, we stopped at The Stazzjon in Birkirkara for the couple session. The rustic charm, warm tones, and vintage architecture made for timeless photographs — a blend of urban texture and romantic stillness.
The late-afternoon light was golden, wrapping the couple in warmth as they shared quiet moments away from the crowd.
Reception — Eden Lodge, Żurrieq
The evening unfolded at Eden Lodge in Żurrieq, beautifully styled and managed by Party Troppers, who ensured every detail ran seamlessly.
Guests were greeted with soft lighting, lush greenery, and the inviting aroma of Mannarinu Caterers’ incredible menu. The ambiance was warm and joyful — exactly what Maria & Dylan envisioned.
Moments That Made the Night
As friends and family gathered, group photos captured the energy and laughter that filled the garden.
The pizza table — a fun, unexpected touch — was a crowd favourite, bringing guests together late into the evening.
During the speeches, the maid of honour and best man shared heartfelt words that had everyone smiling through tears and laughter.
When the lights dimmed, Maria & Dylan shared their first dance — a romantic moment that transitioned into a night of celebration, dancing, and pure joy.
